Francine & Michael Dunn (former Chef to Her Majesty the Queen & Princess Diana, decided to relocate to Brockville, where they set up a catering business and a bed and breakfast. Dunn with Flair Enterprises encompasses the couple’s catering company and the Pine Street Inn Bed and Breakfast.
Michael Dunn's favourite dish to cook is salmon kubiak, originally a Russian dish that used Sturgeon. The recipes were initially given to Queen Victoria’s chefs to use when the czar visited and was adapted for salmon since they were more abundant. |
